Mid Century Modern Pool Paradise
As soon as you enter this home you are greeted by an open concept living room and kitchen area that was designed in the Palm Springs mid century modern design. The living room has a luxuriously soft velvet sofa and loveseat and an additional velvet accent chair that will make you want to melt once you sit down. All this is facing a large Smart TV and a gas fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen which is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance and cooking item you could ever need! There is a 6 person dining table and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen countertop. There is even a foosball table next to the dining table. All this is in one open space making it perfect for large groups to always stay together whether eating, cooking or relaxing in the living room. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the home, and all where designed with the intention to maximize occupancy and comfort from the plush mattresses, comfortable pillows, high quality linen, soft bath towels and easy to use lightning.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces includes an open kitchen concept with the kitchen, living room, and dining room together, laundry, and 2-car garage.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---
1. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. There are Noise sensors on the property that measure sound levels. If you want a place to party, or be loud and drunk all the time then please look for another home. Otherwise you will be evicted and your security deposit will be kept.
2. As per Bermuda Dunes City Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours is between 9PM - 8AM on weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends, during which no outdoor speakers or noise amplification is allowed. During Quiet Hours please keep outside noise to no longer than conversational level. Keep in mind these are the same rules that are expected to be followed in a hotel, in which public amenities are closed during quiet hours. If you plan to be loud and boisterous past Quiet Hours please take it inside the home.
3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. SoCal Gas recently had a significant rate increase so pool heating costs have been increased to offset rising gas costs. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
7. No more than 5 vehicles allowed! Do not park down the street or in front of neighbors homes to get around this rule. There is a camera facing the front of the house so we will know if there are more people or vehicles than should be.
8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
--- TERMS AND CONDITIONS ---
Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.
Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. A member of our team will reach out to you upon booking to update your reservation guest portal with a valid credit card. The actual reservation payment is processed by Airbnb. For most bookings 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, Airbnb may ask for the entire reservation amount upfront. We have no control over Airbnb's payment terms; please reach out to Airbnb for any questions regarding the payment schedule.
Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with a NoiseAware volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is allowed outside as long as it is not Quiet Hours. Quiet hours is from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which any speakers and all amplified noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from NoiseAware of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $500 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.
Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through Airbnb. On Airbnb, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.
Good Neighbor Policy: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to a minimum $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager. HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.
Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.
