    The Stanford Inn by the Sea

    The Stanford Inn by the Sea allows three pets of any size for an additional fee of $45 per stay for one pet, and $22.50 per stay for each additional pet. The Garrett Suite is not pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are permitted, but pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Treats, pet towels, bowls, and cover sheets for furniture are provided. There are 10 acres of green space on the property. Pets are not allowed in the pool house or massage area.

      Excellent service

      Loved the cozy feel of the Inn and my dog liked it too. The garden was fun to walk through. Too bad we couldn't get to the horses to feed them apples.

      Wonderful place.

      Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Our dogs were welcomed with open arms. Food was delicious even though we are not Vegan. It was so relaxing to wander around in the gardens and visit the horses, llamas and donkeys.

      Great location

      Conveniently located (close to town and the headlands) and great space for humans and dogs. We’d go back here again. Highly recommend staying here. The room has a microwave and small fridge for added convenience.

      Fantastic stay

      A wonderful, cozy inn on a large property where they grown their own produce. The menu is vegan, and our dinner there was excellent. They are very welcoming of dogs (ours came in the dining room with us). During our dinner a woman was playing a zither and raising money for a local animal shelter.

      Best Place Ever

      This is a bit pricey, but it's the best place ever for dog families. Not only can they stay in the room, but they are also welcome at meals. The bar area is set up just like the part that is technically the restaurant, and dogs stay with their people there. (It's entirely vegan, and quite yummy.) The surrounding area has many options for trails or taking dogs to the beach.
