The Spencer-Silver Mansion B&B is beautiful, centrally located in Havre de Grace, and one of the nicest B&B that our family has visited. Carol, the Innkeeper, was so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. Our two little Yorkies were welcomed with open arms. We'll definitely be back. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
