Description

Barking Fox Farm Guest House is a dog-friendly Bed and Breakfast nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains on a forty-three acre horse farm. Guests have remarked time and time again how the ambiance of the farm reminds them of Old Virginia. We now have two guesthouses. Each cottage contains a bedroom with queen sized bed, bathroom with whirlpool tub, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In addition the new guesthouse has it's own private deck overlooking one of the pastures. The doggy traveler isn't forgotten either. Dog biscuits are waiting as well as a very cushy doggy bed.

Absolutely wonderful
We traveled from Detroit with our dog Jada to celebrate a milestone birthday. Barbara and Billy met us with fresh blueberry bread, fresh eggs and a bottle of wine! Oh, and a special treat for Jada. We enjoyed watching the deer in the morning in the pastures. Then seeing the chickens, cows and horses throughout the day. We sat outside in the swing, talking and wishing we had longer to stay. A perfect place to unwind and regroup! We'll most definitely return. Thank you Barbara and Billy for sharing your piece of heaven with us for a few days

Very tasteful small farm experience for all two and four-legged family members.
Great setting with a lot of nice touches - exquisite cottage decor and scenic farm. Nearby towns, restaurants, and equestrian facilities also add to a relaxing animal-lovers stay.

Enjoyable stay
My husband and I and our two furry friends spent a delightful three nights at the Barking Fox Farm Guest House in Landrum SC. If you want to get a way from it all and refresh and rejuvenate your spirit I highly recommend booking a night, two, three or four at this lovely working horse farm. Landrum, SC is a quaint small town with great restaurants and a wide range of little shops and stores. Maybe you would rather cook your own meal, and stay right at the farm, you can do this too right in your own fully equipped kitchen! Barbara made our stay most enjoyable and she is a great wealth of information on the area. I highly recommend the Barking Fox Farm Guest House in Landrum, SC.
