Description

Mackinaw City / Mackinac Island KOA is a 50-acre campgound within biking distance of Mackinaw City. The campground has 50 amp service available, and can accommodate rigs up to 70 feet in shady pull-thru sites, but tent sites and Kamping Kabins are available as well. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, heated swimming pool, propane and firewood (for a fee). There's even a free shuttle to the Mackinac Island ferry dock!

Close to town.
Lots of shady campsites! Lots of guests had dogs. We used their K9 dog park several times a day. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. They keep the facilities and grounds clean and even have a recycling program, ebikes to rent, and charging stations for electric vehicles. They have everything you need for camping. Sites are level, bathrooms and showers are clean, wifi was excellent. Quick delivery of fireword and ice to the site. The nearby traffic noise didn't bother us at all, which was unexpected and I would definitely return to this campground.
