    Railroad Park Resort is located alongside quiet little Castle Creek and offers creek side camping in the tall pines. Hot showers, flush toilets, laundry room, game room, group BBQ pit, and lawn with easy pull thru's complete your camping experience. They are within walking distance to the Sacramento River, which features trout fishing at its finest. Many area lakes and creeks are stocked with trout, bass, salmon and catfish. Area fishing guides are located in Dunsmuir if you'd like their expertise.

      Unique and Fun Stay

      Had a great stay in a king size bed caboose with a giant claw foot tub! Was traveling with my dog and they were really welcoming.

      Joining the Team

      My husband and I recently joined the team at Railroad Park. We brought our 4 legged fur baby and though she is 13, she thoroughly enjoys the grounds! Recently RRPark resort added surprises for pets in their pet rooms and they are currently working on adding a large outdoor pet park where fur babies can run free and enjoy the mountain air .

      Lots of fun!

      What a fun adventure to sleep inn a train caboose. The park is very clean and quiet. I felt safe in the environment. The staff were so nice and wanted us to have a wonderful time. Looking at returning soon!
