Surrounded by protected sand dunes, the 100-year-old house features unimpeded views of the long sandy beach and high bluffs. Secluded at the end of an unpaved road, in a laid back and friendly private beach community in Peconic on the North Fork of Long Island, the cottage is perfect for swimming in the Sound, long walks on the beach, and dining on the large deck overlooking nothing but water, beach and the gentle curve of the coast. Sunsets are spectacular. Inside the house features contemporary and mid-century modern furnishings, large picture windows, new hardwood floors, original art, and high ceilings.
