King size bed in bedrooms with plenty of linens & towels, kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, convection/microwave, self clean oven, dish washer, disposal, ice maker & well stocked with dishes, pots, pans & silverware. Cable TV in each bedroom & living/dining area has TV, stereo & DVD player, telephone line for laptop & local calls, storage locker by the pool, stocked with beach chairs plus your own assigned parking space. Pelican Cove is a 25 unit condo building with large pool & elevator, quiet, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. It is convenient to restaurants, shops & shopping centers. A beach trolley stops in front of the condo & runs from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. Convenient to Tampa International Airport, Busch & Cypress Gardens, Disney World & numerous golf courses. Sound good?
