Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center located beachside about 10 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, has re-opened its doors with a new, contemporary look and feel after a multi-million dollar renovation in 2003. Guests arrive at a magnificent open-air lobby with breathtaking views of the ocean. Facilities include two heated swimming pools with shallow areas for children, a kids club, two tennis courts, full service spa, fitness center, golf concierge and access to Marina Vallarta and Vista Vallarta Golf courses. A shopping arcade on the hotel's lobby level features a tobacco shop, boutiques, travel agency, beauty parlor, car rental agency and business center. Guest services include concierge and 24-hour room service.Three restaurants dot the property. The property features two lobby bars and two swim-up bars. Every Thursday guests can enjoy a Mexican Fiesta, with mariachi music, folkloric show, mexican buffet, open bar, raffles and contests.Each of the 600 rooms has individually controlled air-conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar, direct-dial phone, smoke detectors and security box. Non smoking and handicap-accessible rooms are available as well (contact hotel directly). This property offers the option of an all-inclusive plan, which includes breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner daily, Sunday Champagne Bruch, Mexican Fiesta on Thursdays, unlimited domestic drinks from 11am-11pm, use of fitness center and one hour of tennis daily.
