  Very friendly staff

  The staff at Element were all very friendly & helpful. There is a dog water bowl right at the front door, and a park right across the lot from check in. Lots of dog clean up stations available at the park and in front of the hotel. Parking was an additional $15 but felt very safe & secure.

  Receptionist made it awesome

  Checked in without a hitch, but we stepped out to grab something to eat and the guest in the next room pounded on the door upsetting the dogs. Taya was nice enough to check things out and call us. When we got back in about 20 minutes she moved us to another floor and upgraded our room. She was awesome!

  Extremely nice property and staff. A little more than I'm used to paying but no dog fees, large dogs accepted. Many amenity's nearby in a great metro area.

  Absolutely great place

  Great place-clean, modern, spacious and near really good restaurants with nice outdoor dining so your pet can come along. Somewhat limited exercise space for your dog but there was a nice grassy area across the street. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in while traveling!

  Nice Hotel - Unhelpful Staff

  The Element Omaha is a very nice hotel. The staff on the other hand was very unhelpful and friendly. Even though we paid through BringFido and I had the confirmation they still charge my card a deposit of $50.00 for "incidentals" and then charged me for the whole room stay. We need to contact the GM in order to have the charges removed. There was only one towel in the room and when I mentioned to the front desk at check out all she said was "that's strange". No apology or anything. They have such a nice hotel, the should have staff that equal.

  This was our second stay, due to the great experience the first time last fall. Full kitchen in the rooms, great breakfast, grocery store in same building. Adjacent park is very dog friendly, and several restaurants by park within walking distance!

  The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The staff was efficient. There is a great park right by the hotel with dog bags provided. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

  Great Stay!

  Staff was great, super quiet rooms so you didn’t hear footsteps or doors banging. Complimentary wine and beer at night, convenient location. The king suite had a lot of windows, comfy bed, the suite was very modern and clean! Definitely would recommend :)

  Great Fur Baby Hotel

  Tyrell greeted our whole family upon arrival and was very helpful to both my wife and I and our two fur babies. They have nice small green space right outside the hotel and a park just across the parking area without having to cross any streets. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Omaha.

  Dog and People Paradise Amongst Corn

  Can’t recommend enough. We drove for many hours, as we are moving across the country with our nervous feist/aussie mix. This hotel is in a great location in Omaha, whatever cleaning products they used in the lobby smells good and not too overpowering. Element is an immaculate hotel and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a beautifully designed plaza, well maintained, and there’s a dog park immediately outside, as well as the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and outdoor seating for you and your dog. The room we had was a deluxe, which we found out means extra space and a full working kitchen with appliances for no extra charge. A full fridge, not even a mini fridge. This has been my favorite stay along our moving trip and makes me want to find a reason to return to Omaha.

  Thanks to the reviews below, we stayed here overnight passing through to Colorado. It was a great hotel, clean, very dog friendly and nice park with a night farmers market right across the street (a Friday night). Highly recommend.

  Very Nice Overall

  Agree with the other reviews on all the positive points. Our wrinkle with staying here was being on the 7th floor in the furthest corner away from the elevator and next to a stairwell that didn’t land you anywhere close to the grassy area. This made for a rather long walk with our 10 mos old Sheepadoodle for bio breaks. We found that, bringing bikes in from the parking structure and carrying our gear in and out pretty cumbersome. We’d stay here again only if we could be on lower floor closer to entrance and parking lot.

  Very clean, good location, friendly and convenient to park, restaurants, etc. Super dog friendly. And, we got back on I-80 with no problems at all. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

  All Around Excellent!

  The rooms were so roomy complete with kitchenette, water filter and couch! Lily loved her stay! Big bones upon check-in and an amazing green park across the parking lot. Perfect for playing, potty breaks and even chillin’ in the park with some picnic lunch! Staff was stellar too!

  The hotel was exactly what we were looking for and very pet friendly. The staff was super helpful. The park next to the hotel was close, convenient and a very nice area to walk. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if passing thru.

  Wonderful in every way. Large, clean rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, friendly and helpful front desk staff, nice park area for the dog, just steps from the front door. We were pulling a travel trailer and since they have a parking ramp, they accommodated us by having us park by their loading dock. Would definitely stay here again.

  Everything was wonderful! They upgraded our room to a suite. The room was really clean. All employees were very friendly. Location was amazing. Dog park was about 159 feet away. Cool bar/restaurants near.

  The staff were extreme friendly and very helpful. We had a battery issue with our vehicle they called the security company to come and jump start us, and provided directions to a parts store. Canines were given a tasty treat as soon as they seen us (after asking if it was ok) There is a large green space very close, almost part of the hotel. The room was spacious, fresh smelling, and clean with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, & coffee maker. The common area in the room had tile which I loved to see. The bed was so great I didn’t want to leave. A true gem of a hotel, I would rate it higher if I could

  What a terrific hotel. Amenities galore. Pets very welcome, not just tolerated. The room was way beyond my expectations. There was a fully appointed kitchen. Super comfy beds with lovely soft/firm pillows. An enormous shower in a very clean, extra large bathroom. I was so tired and so relieved by the nice treatment of the front desk staff. Zero issues. Extremely high praise well-deserved.

  Excellent Per Friendly Hotel

  Element Omaha is a very coeN, pet friendly, spacious and updated hotel. Small green spaces all around for your fur babies! All staff were very pleasant and helpful! The parking garage even has 2 electric charging stations! Just need green friendly travelers to adhere to the 4 hour limit as we had to wait till morning to plug in. The current Tesla was already fully charged at 9pm and was still there at 7am the next day.

  Studio apartment set up is excellent for me and my dog as we were traveling cross country. Comfortable bed, but some lights were burned out. Otherwise good and unique breakfast special was included. Every employee went above and beyond to make me and my dog feel welcomed.

  We loved this hotel!

  Traveling back to Colorado from Ohio and we’re looking for somewhere decent to stay with our lab. We liked the hotel and the location so much we considered staying an extra day! Super dog friendly area with an off leash park and great area restaurants and shops. Clean, modern rooms with kitchenette, comfy beds. Only complaint would be the pillows, although many, had no structure or support. We had our own and used ours instead.

  Super friendly staff, great room. Doggies loved it. Park next to hotel; no need to cross a street. Healthy choices for breakfast in dining area - get your food and eat in the comfortable lobby with your dog. Daily newspaper available to read. My dog likes the comics.

  Terrible place for a dog, or his family. In downtown Omaha. No grass, people and traffic everywhere. The ratings are very misleading. I would not recommend staying here with or without your pets.

  The Dog Friendliest!

  On my second cross country road trip, I was lucky to find Element Omaha. I have never felt more at ease and welcomed. Seeing a dog bowl of water at the entryway, then having someone greet my dog with a treat, comforted me immediately - as we all know how tricky it can be traveling with our pets. There is a grassy park next door with doggie bag stations. Many restaurants with patio seating - although I did not dine at any, and don’t know their pet policies. I was lucky enough to be there during their Thursday jazz concert series in the park, which was also dog friendly! The hotel is connected to a parking garage at $10 per night with in and out privileges, as well as connected to a grocery store. My room have a kitchenette in it, as well. Only gripes: continental breakfast was average, and the in room coffee maker did not look clean.

  We took our 3 dogs with us to Omaha for a weekend get away and this was a great place to stay. Rooms were very clean, our dogs were greeted warmly, the location is next to a park, so it was easy to take the dogs out. Terrell was an amazing employee. He was busy checking people in, but when I went down for something, he remember my name. That's customer service!! This will definitely be our go to hotel in Omaha, from now on.
