We were so excited about staying here with our mini-poodle. Grounds are beautiful. Restaurant is excellent. We booked the more expensive Stable Suite. The upstairs suite is gorgeous, on 2 levels with a spiral staircase. However, we were told that only was the downstairs suite was pet friendly. Much smaller, dingy, ADA compliant, depressing, a general disappointment. And the same price as the more attractive upstairs suite!? Why can't all the rooms be pet friendly?

The staff was lovely and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful as are the common areas. Great walking trails and loads of things to do.

Driving from Georgia to New Hampshire with two dogs is always a long trip but the comfort and hospitality of the Glasbern made for a relaxing overnight!

Stayed in the Gatehouse and loved it! We celebrated our anniversary, accompanied by our pup. Fun room, peaceful location. Dinner was good, but idk if I’d pay $59 for the steak again. Breakfast (included!!) was absolutely wonderful.

The Glasbern was gorgeous. I was obsessed with the cattle and the flowers and the total scene on the grounds. Our room left a little to be desired, but it was comfy and the room service food was DELICIOUS. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would take the pooch back to this place in a heartbeat.
