    Rose Lane Villas welcomes pets of any size for an additional fee. The first pet is $50 per stay and each additional pet is $25 per stay. All pets must be leashed, housebroken, people-friendly, non-aggressive, and quiet. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room unless crated. Large dog crate available upon request for a one-time fee of $10. Excessive damages due to non-housebroken behavior will be charged to the credit card on file. reserve the right to refuse service to guests with a disruptive dog with no refund on outstanding nights. The Manor dogs and resident cat Ms. Kitty look forward to greeting you and your Fido.

      Charming, Clean, and GREAT Location

      PERFECT location in the heart of Key West. You can walk to most everything. It’s situated on a quiet side street that’s half a block from the action. Love the check in (they send you your room number and room entry code). You have a parking spot in front of your room. Our room was in the front, ground floor. CHARMING and cute. Nice size living area with plenty of seating, high top dining table, and plenty of room for doggie crate. Small kitchen (but very adequate for our use) with a refrigerator, range, nice microwave. And they have a coffee maker (12 cup) and provide coffee, cream, and sugar (excellent coffee). Kitchen equipped with higher end plates, mugs, pans. They provide a recycling bin for your cans and bottles. Bathroom on the smaller size, but very nice. High end bath products not in small sample bottles, but all you can squirt. Window air units in all rooms. Sometimes a little noisy (when you are not used to them) but effective. VERY clean and comfortable. You feel like you are staying in someone’s home, not a hotel. Husband is already planning next years trip back here. Hidden gem.
