Great hotel. We were on the ground floor. Staff was wonderful. When we arrived our remote wasn’t working properly, we called room service and maintenance came immediately with a new remote. No complaints.

Except for a couple of glitches, this was a good place to stay. They weren't able to locate our reservation regarding our late arrival, so they canceled it and had to reinstate it (even though it was prepaid). The potty places are astroturf. One of my dogs rolled on it -- eeewwww!
