[Translated from French] Beautiful hotel, well located. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Pitou enjoyed all the lawn available for walking. The entrance and breakfast area are really pretty! Only small hitch, breakfast at 7 a.m., a bit late when you're traveling and have to leave very early.

The bedding was clean, and the bathroom was good. The décor was a little rough, and the carpet hid a lot of secrets I'm sure! It smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable though, which is all we wanted after a day on the road. The dogs were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff.

I had made an reservation for two nights but could not tolerate the teenagers running and jumping in the room above me until one in the morning. I had a very serious competition with my Agility dog and needed to be at In The Net by 7:30 a.m. the next morning. I had no sleep and hence did poorly. In addition I wanted a room with a tub which I got, but there was no stopper in the tub. I had to use a washrag to stop up the tub in order to take a bath. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and explained why I needed a tub and to be on the main level close to an exit door which makes it a bit less painful and easier on me.
The other really bad portion of this stay was the black mold around the tub and going up the wall closest to the faucets. This is a health concern. When I called the hotel; to tell them that I could not possibly stay there that night due to the noise, no stopper in the tub and black mold all they could offer were 5000 extra points. They told me because I made this reservation via "Experian" they could not credit me. I called BringFido and Celeste was very kind to talk to the front desk and leave a message for the manager.

Happy we could bring our dog, but the room was dirty, particularly the bathroom. I asked for cleaning supplies (I know everywhere is short staffed at the moment and just wanted a clean room) and was offered a new room. The second room was dirtier than the first so we just stayed in that one. It was a place to sleep and they weren't offering hot breakfast due to COVID, but they at least had coffee and bagged breakfast available. It just wasn't great.

As an older pet owner I was disappointed that my room was on the third floor. Going up and down stairs with my dog was a hassle but my room was at the end of the hall away from the elevator

This hotel was clean and smelled fresh, the room was recently updated I would say by the modern look of it, dog friendly just as stated, and I would stay here again. Also, big thank you to BringFido as they have made finding a place to stay a breeze and this place lives up to its reputation.

Stayed there on Nov. 28 and I must say that the place met or exceeded expectations EXCEPT for breakfast. The info in the room states breakfast Monday to Friday is at 6:00 am. It is NOT - we were aiming to leave at 6:30 am after breakfast BUT no breakfast until 7:00. Most other hotels serve at 6:00 or 6:30 am. This is a big mistake on their part.

Hotel was dirty and not as renovated as other la Quintas around USA. Due to large baseball youth team no roll away beds were available forcing us to sleep in make shift bed. Very family friendly establishment. Breakfast was ok - eggs looked fake, not fresh. Pullout bed springs needed to be replaced. Was uncomfortable. Overall - ok

This place has amazing breakfast and is super pet friendly! They don’t require every other day cleaning if u have pets in the room and are here for extended stays. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the pool is down due to waiting on the renewal permit to come in the mail. But the staff is super great and the air freshener or whatever they spray around here smells great too.
