Almost a bit too clean. The cleaning products kind of offended the nose, but we got used to it. Small area out back for the puppers to do their business.

The staff is very nice, very accommodating. The rooms have a lot of space, the only negative is that they really do need to shampoo the carpets more often. Aside from that, nothing to complain about.

A dog friendly hotel without feeling like we were in the 'dog house'. The rooms as well as the entire facility smelt fresh and clean, no sign of dogs via smells. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean.

Expensive after they tag on all the taxes, doors are loud when they close, personnel could have been friendlier. Clean room and comfy beds.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. I smelled the sanitizer as soon as I walked into the building. The breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our 2 Labradoodles were also very happy!

The refrigerator in our room was broken and was leaking water. They did come to replace it with a new refrigerator. But there was also a loud dog barking right across the hall from us, both in the evening as well as early in the morning. The AC started making a very loud whining noise at about 11pm, and the hotel staff was not able to fix it, so we had to turn it off. This made it very warm in the room, so we had a hard time sleeping. Then the alarm clock in the room went off at 6am (we never touched it, so it must have been turned on before we got there). So it was a very unpleasant stay overall. When I talked to a manager about the situation in the morning, they offered a $30 refund (out of $182). That seems pretty unreasonable. I have a camper van and could have slept comfortably in there for free. I paid for a hotel so I could enjoy a nice, comfortable evening of rest. So this was a waste of money.

Very comfortable and scrupulously clean. A bit difficult to have a good walk but sufficient grass for the dog. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Housekeepers are exceptional.

We booked on line about 5 hrs ahead of check-in time. But still couldn't get a ground floor room. Was inconvenient to let 2 dogs out to the watering area.

Very pet friendly. They have treats for your pup as you check in and have pet specific floors. Plus the hotel is very nice as well with good breakfast, indoor pool, a bar, and super friendly staff. Will stay again!

This is our 2nd time to stay at this location on our way to the Smoky Mountains. It is a clean, quiet, and friendly location. The rooms are large and very nice, even if we were traveling without our Domino. It's also well lit around the parking lot of those late night puppy walks. On this visit we saw at least 6 other dog families enjoying this property. I would definitely recommend this location!
