They didn't have room at the hotel we booked so they moved us to a different property they owned. It was very dirty. Dead bugs, black mold in the spa area electrical cords run everywhere; you get the idea. One of the worst I have ever seen. We didn't stay and asked for our money back and they refused. Beware.
