East Wind Inn & Suites
East Wind Inn & Suites welcomes one dog of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $25 per stay. Only two rooms in the Annex Building are pet friendly. Dogs may not enter the main inn. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Dogs may not be left unattended in the rooms. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, so owners are requested to bring a dog bed or crate. Sorry, cats are not permitted.

Set in Tenants Harbor, East Wind Inn & Suites provides a garden and free WiFi. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a bar. Guests can enjoy sea views. At the inn, the rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 12:00 noon. Dogs are also welcome. Please inform Villa Beach Mansion in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of $500 is required. The host charges this 57 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property is only accessible via a 20-foot center console boat. Check-in must be done during the daylight. The marina is 15 minutes' from the property. On the day of the arrivals, guests will meet the property manager at Jensen's Marina on the Captiva main land. Only 1 car is permitted at the marina. Please note the property manager will transfer guests to the island and review the house, boat, and surroundings. The transfer will take about 15 minutes by boat between the marina and the house. Guests must complete their grocery shopping prior to meeting the property manager at Jensen's Marina.
