The loft is a little over 500 sq feet and there are stairs to access it. Cable Internet & TV with Roku are provided. There are laundry facilities on the property. There is one parking spot and street parking. Every item in this home is brand new, yet the cottage was built in the early 1900s. Near Pinellas bike trail and we include three bikes. Walk one block and you will be in the heart of downtown Tarpon Springs with antique shops, museums, and restaurants on every corner. There is a water park for children less than half a mile away on the trail. Also a dog park. With lots of fun for your dog. Walk down to the Anclote Bayou and visit the location of the annual Epiphany Cross Diving Competition held every year in January. Tarpon Springs is home of the World Famous Greek Sponge docks. Souvenir shops, bakeries, and restaurants line the waterfront Dodecanese Boulevard, a legacy of the Greek sponge divers who settled here in the early 1900s. Along the water, the historic Sponge Docks are a reminder of the once-booming industry. Watch the Sponge boats and shrimp boats come in out every day. .
