The house Majestic Court is located in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral ( Unit1 ), which is one of the best locations in the city. The house is located in a dead end road - so there is no through traffic - in a very quiet residential area.
The property has approximately 900 m² with a garden and a large boat dock . Behind ourgarden you reach the Majestic channel , one of the myriad waterways of Cape Coral . Due to the short way to the Caloosahatchee River ,water sports fun can begin immediately .
The house is equipped with modern furnishings . It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , 2 with shower and 1 with bath and toilet. A spacious living room withdining area, and a classic American cuisine offer the highest comfort . For a pleasant holiday there is air conditioning, flat screen TV ( cable ), DVD player (EU and US codes ), i -home for the connection of an i-phone or i -pad (30 -pinplug) and a stereo system with CD available . Of course, we also offer a high speed internet connection with wifi, telephone, fax and a printer. The large pool area with a pool of 8 x 4 m invites you . There are 2 seating areas and plenty of loungers available here . The water can be heated electrically to your desired temperature in the cooler season . The additional facilities with an American refrigerator, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron , enough bed linen and towels etc. leave no wishes unfulfilled . Outside there is a gas grill for your Barbecue event.
The holiday house offers a living area of 180 m²,4 spacious bedrooms , 3 bathrooms with shower or bath / WC and a big living and dining area with integrated kitchen.
The house suites 8 Persons and offers plenty of space and lots of amenities for a memorable vacation.All rooms are equipped for your comfort with a air-conditioning and heating system . Two of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms . They are situated towards the pool areaand have direct access to the swimming pool . All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds with the sizes2 X 2 meters. The swimming pool has the dimension 8 x 4 meters. It has a wide entry stairs and in the fronta water depth of only 80 cm. To the rear it drops gently to a depth of 2.40 m. The pool can be lightened up , so that in the evening the bathing is also possible . In the cooler months the pool can be electrically heated to the desired temperature . In the pool area you will find plenty of seating and sunbathing opportunities to enjoy the sun. The whole area is covered with a screen , whichprotects you from UV - rays and insects. On our huge boat dock you can enjoy romantic moments right beside the water !
Southwest - Florida is a paradise with endless sandy beaches,lush vegetation and enchanting wildlife. Discover this nature with its dolphins , manatees , sea turtles, pelicans and flamingos. Cape Coral - an idyllic lagoon city , which is also called the Venice of America because of its many canals . Your destination is located on a peninsula on the Gulf of Mexico and is connected by several bridges to Fort Meyers. It is a paradise for golfers , fishermen and water lovers and offers all kinds of water sports. Nearby yourholiday home you can find all kind of shops. Several Outlet factories with well known brands can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The next Golf & Country Club can be reached in just 10 minutes . The mild winters and breezy summer make almost all sports throughout the year possible. The central location in South - West Florida offers an ideal base for trips to Miami , the Everglades , Key West, Orlando and its theme parks or Cape Canaveral . In just 30 minutes you will have quick access to the International Airport of Fort Meyers ( RSW) .
After arriving in Florida , you can contact our property manager to make anappointment for the check - in . With our coded key box you can enterthe house directly without having anywaiting times . With the check-in, the deposit of 300,00 € or $ 300.00 and the final cleaning fee of 170,00 € or $ 170.00 are to be paid to the property manager . The cost of electricity will be charged with $ 0.15 / kWh .This power consumption during your stay will be deducted from the deposit .During long-term rental (more than 21 days) the electricity has to be payed at the end of each month to our management and will be settled finally upon departure.We would like to point out, that all consumables such asprinter paper, printer cartridges, gas for the grill etc. are not included in the rental price. The usage of the spa is optional and has to be ordered with the reservation. For water treatment and care a flat fee of $ 70,00 is charged by the Administration if you intend to use it. The boat lift and a garage are not part of the lease.
The electrical equipment is in constant use and is subjected to normal wear. If during the stay a unit as the air conditioning, washing machine, pool heater, spa etc. fails its function our property management has to be informed immediately.The tenant gives the landlord a period of 3 working days for the restoration of function. Within this time the tenant has no right to compensation.
