Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 11 am.

Enjoy the Palm Island Resort services via a short water taxi trip during operating hours. This 1 bedroom/1 bath unit features a full kitchen, laundry facilities and an enclosed lanai. You will have everything you need to feel at home on your vacation, including in villa Wifi. Leverock's Restaurant is located across the boat basin. Enjoy one of the local favorites or one of their delicious daily specials. Aquamarina Palm Harbour offers boat slips to rent. This villa is pet friendly; allows dogs under 21 lbs. with a non-refundable fee applicable.
