A cute south facing saltbox cottage, fully renovated by owners in 2017 is full of light and air. 40' x 20' heated pool set amongst mature garden and surrounded by woodland reserve. Fully fenced and tick controlled! Property is situated roughly equal distance from Amagansett and East Hampton, 1.5 miles from nearest town beach, and handy to village shops. 2 full double bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds for 4. Two super comfortable RH sofas and an amazing screened in porch for big dinners for 10. Full deck with Weber barbecue and Big Green egg.
