This is a magical house. It is surrounded by woods and a pond. The only sounds you hear are the birds and other animals, the wind in the trees. It is a one minute walk to Dering Harbor where the sunsets are neon pink. Upstairs, a glass room that feels like a tree house. It can be used as an additional bedroom using the day bed in the room. This is a fully equipped family home perfect for people who want to truly unwind and feel nature. The house is over one hundred years old so full of character. The back of the house faces a saltwater pond/marsh that constantly changes with the tides and the moon. A large deck out back is furnished with comfortable seating and lounge chairs are around the pool. There is a over-sized outdoor shower that looks out into the trees.
