An opportunity to live in one of the oldest riverfront buildings (1850) in trendy Midtown Harrisburg. This 2nd level unit next to Riverfront Park and the Sunken Gardens has stunning river views. The space is furnished with industrial vintage décor including a table made from old growth bowling alley wood. Pets fine if approved and the $30/night pet fee is paid. Extra guest fee applies for over two guests. Includes 1 parking space. Discounts available for bookings on the BurgBnB website.
The space is furnished with industrial vintage décor the pinnacle of which is the bar table made from old growth wood salvaged from a bowling alley lane in Virginia. Tasteful decorations throughout the space including unique industrial inspired light fixtures. No expense was spared with a 65"-inch wall mounted Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Fire TV.
+ In a high traffic urban area with noise potential from cars, pedestrians and neighboring apartments + Must climb one flight of stairs to access the rental. + Pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet or Emotional Support Animal + Extra guest fee of $40/night for guests above two NOT included in the reservation + Quiet hours from 10pm-8am + Early check in/late check offered if available for an additional fee
Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.
Do not unplug the white puck WiFi Router (It’s not a smart speaker)
Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA
Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?
Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.
You have only one unassigned parking space in the building parking lot extra vehicles must be parked on the street
Smoking cigarettes, pot or vaping inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it
Please take your shoes off inside the apartment and pets must have toenails clipped neatly
