The house has a full kitchen, swimming pool, television, internet, and a bbq grill on the patio. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs and bicycles are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 7 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 10 am. Sound good?

      Deposit not returned

      Have rented this unit previously with no problems. However we sent a $1,000 deposit over a year ago. The owner stated water damage made the unit unavailable for our reserved dates. We have called, emailed, texted and written for months with no response on our refund.
