From check-in to checkout this hotel delivered the best staff. Ray at the front desk was super! Helpful in every way. He offered the dining area for our family to visit us. Asked often if we needed anything. So refreshing to have such a kind individual who obviously enjoys people. Thanks Ray!

Check-in was easy. Room clean and comfortable. We have an older dog, hallways and room are carpeted and that made him happy. Breakfast was available, but pretty sparse. No attendant was at the desk the entire time we ate and checked out.

We used to stay at Comfort hotels on a regular basis, but have not for several years because their quality had deteriorated. We only stayed at this one because of reviews. Last time ever. The carpet was wet by the bathroom door and very stained and dirty. There was no TV guide, the microwave was not working, and the bathroom plug didn’t work either. The hotel really needs total updating. Won’t be going to another one.

We stopped at this hotel one night. The staff was very welcoming towards our dog. Room was clean. Large grass area for walks!

The hotel allows up to 2 dogs with a $20 fee. They put us in a ground floor room at the end of a hallway with easy access to a place to walk the dogs out back. Friendly people, clean room, below average breakfast, wear around the edges. All in all, a good experience.

This hotel is in a nice, safe area. There’s a Waffle House right nearby if you want some delicious food. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Carpet was very dirty, husband’s feet were black after walking around. hairdryer was not attached to the wall and fell off, pets are put on 3rd floor which is not as convenient as the first floor. Location was ok. No pet area to walk or potty the dog. we will drive by in the future!

Clean facility, friendly, helpful staff and plenty of dining options. It’s an easy off/on 65 South. Will definitely stay again.
