  Great staff

  The staff greeted us warmly and gave treats. The human side is the bed was comfy with good pillows. There’s a decent breakfast and afternoon grille. We have a Great Pyrenees. The dog walk areas was adequate, not expansive. Though it’s near the airport, I felt safe even at 4am.

  Friendly staff

  Being close to the freeway very helpful. Staff very helpful and very friendly, even with our very late arrival. Room was clean and kitchenette very useful for getting our 4-legged baby boy's meals ready. The only reason why I left one bone off was because the Junior Suite felt very tiny. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.

  Very dog friendly

  Everything about this hotel was great - they allow large dogs! And give them treats at check-in. Pet waste bags are available in the grassy area, which helps owners who might not be as conscientious as they should to pick up after their dogs. Very happy with our stay.

  Easy access off highway

  Hotel is next to Clinton International Airport but not noisy. Parking lot rimmed by grass so good for dogs. Comfortable room with small kitchen was great for travel with our dog. Friendly staff.

  A hidden gem

  We were booking a hotel last minute and needed one that takes pets. This location did not disappoint. Unlike a lot of hotels that take pets, the room was clean and comfortable and didn't have that funky smell you get in a lot of rooms that have housed pets. We would definitely stay again.

  Great place

  This place was great! It was our dog’s first stay in a hotel and she did great and loved the attention. Her welcome bag was a very nice touch. Very clean too! We would definitely stay here again!

  Older hotel & loud

  This hotel was older and loud because it was right next to the airport, but overall it worked out well for one night. There was not a ton of grass for our pet. Other than that, though, it was a decent hotel and the staff was very friendly.

  Friendly staff

  Felt very comfortable there with my pit bull terrier and my roommate traveling from NYC to Dallas. The ice machine was broken and they brought us ice from the kitchen any time we asked. The rooms are far from fancy or modern but they had a kind of sweet 60’s modern charm to them and the beds were super high and comfy. Seemed nice and clean to me. We all slept well.

  Practically a Dog Motel

  There were almost as many dogs at this hotel as people which we loved! There was a friendly, well behaved pit bull at the check-in counter when we arrived to greet us. It was probably the best dog-friendly hotel we encountered in our 5 day cross-country road trip as well. Super clean and very accommodating to pets and pet owners. I'm only rating it a "4" however, because there were no sidewalks or designated pet areas, and no trash bins specific for dog waste so a lot of pet owners did not clean up after their pets. It's not the hotel's fault that people don't clean up after their pets, but given just how many pets were at this hotel, it seems they might provide dog waste specific bins and some poop bags (lazy pet owners need reminders). If you're passing through Little Rock with your furry friends, this place is an oasis compared to some other pet friendly accommodations we encountered along the way.

  Very enjoyable stay!

  Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites Little Rock was very enjoyable. The room was clean, location was great (an easy drive to pretty mush anywhere we wanted to go in Little Rock) and staff were extremely friendly to both us and our pets. We certainly felt welcomed by all. They also have a great breakfast and a small bar for happy hour and a small, but tasty menu to order from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Little Rock area.

  Accepts larger dogs.

  It was nice to have a place so welcoming to dogs, especially since mine is 60 pounds. Even the daytime staff had a large dog behind the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. I’ll stay here again.

  Needs to be renovated

  Overall condition of the property is not great. Rooms were not very clean. Operator/owners were very nice though. Loved meeting their friendly dog that greets you will a wagging tail and chew toy in his mouth ready to play with anyone that’s willing.

  Great staff, clean but small room. Pet area good w/grass which is great. It was located a bit of a drive from 40 east for getting to hotel and back on the road.

  Quiet and Comfortable

  This hotel was clean, comfortable, and dog friendly. Upon checking in, we were given a bag with a dog dish, dog treats, and potty bags. The room was very quiet even though it was near the airport. There is a grassy area in the back close to a pond that was good for walking our dog. We would stop here again!

  Welcoming and enjoyable place

  The only reason for 4 bones was airport location and shades did not close all the way. Exterior lighting was directly outside our room and was hard to fall asleep with the light directly shining in.

  We enjoyed our stay. This is a very dog friendly place. The rooms were comfortable. The carpet is a little worn but not a problem. The bar and grill food was good. Breakfast was also good. Very friendly front desk staff that made for a pleasant stay.

  Room was sufficient. Had internet access, tv. Bed was comfy. Carpet out in hallway needs cleaning. Staff was very courteous and friendly. On-staff dog was cute. Liked that pet fee was only $25!

  Stellar Service

  Seriously, purely on service this place is 10/5. Everyone was kind and so helpful. They even have a resident adopted pooch that lives onsite! The facility itself was ok for a one night stay. Older facility and the room was a bit shabby but my cats and I were just fine. (I will say the bed was painfully hard for me.)
  Parking lot is pretty small so if you’re staying and moving with a moving truck this may be something to consider.

  Ease of check in, excellent customer service, there was a bar and a small restaurant, and the beds were very comfortable. They also welcomed our two large dogs.

  Terrible hotel

  Nothing is good about this place other than they take dogs. Room door has to be pushed really hard, smelly moldy room and bathroom, bad carpets. The food from the grill in this place is not edible. The worst hotel we have stayed out. Outright filthy.

  Good and Bad

  Customer service was great and gave our dog a goodie bag. Unfortunately, we woke up to someone smoking on our floor, smelled gross. But by the time housekeeping came by it smelled better.

  Good location, worn out rooms

  This hotel could use an upgrade in the rooms, at least on the ground floor. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lots of green space across the street to run the dogs. The room smelled musty and the AC unit blows directly on the bed. Bathroom floor feels damp the whole time.

  Friendly staff but dirty room

  Our "pet-friendly" room was disgusting. The carpet in the hallway leading up to the room smelled awful as did the carpet in our room. There was human hair in the sink and the furniture was in disrepair. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful but the morning staff was less friendly. Our room was overpriced for the condition it was in. I've stayed at other Comfort Inn and Suites around the country and this was the worst of them.

  Not Impressed

  A lot of the employees seemed afraid or put off that I had my dog with me. One housekeeper wouldn't even help me because he didn't want to get close to my dog. At breakfast I was told I had to sit in a corner away from everyone else because my dog was with me. It felt unnecessarily hostile. Their pet friendly room is one of the worst rooms in the building. Wouldn't book again. My dog didn't even do anything obnoxious the whole time we were here to warrant this!

  Great experience

  After we checked in, we were given a doggy bag! That was super sweet! Our room was very clean, and our bed was very comfortable! Our dogs absolutely loved it too! Either it was very quiet, or the rooms are just insulated very well because I didn't hear other dogs barking. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again!

  Broken sink faucet. No cleaning seal on room door as advertised for confirmation on CDC protocol on sanitation and cleanliness of room. No we would not stay here again.

  2.5, but round up for the dogs

  It is dog friendly, but not the best hotel. Not a lot of space outside for the pups and the morning staff weren’t the jolliest people. We most likely wont stay here again

  Incredible customer service!

  Kat went above and beyond for me when I was having difficulties finding a hotel to take my 3 large dogs. She called hotels and confirmed their policies would allow my stay and reported back to me within minutes of my initial email. I am so impressed and thankful! As a business owner, myself, Kat is the type of employee we all dream of having!

  Great dog friendly spot

  We were greeted with dog bowl and treats when we checked in to our ground floor room. Nice area out back for dog relief. Bonus for dog mom was happy hour. Custom breakfast prepared for you in the morning. My only issue was that there was no fridge in our room. No big deal though. Even though the airport was across the road, didn’t hear any noise. I will go back

  Great place to take Fido!! The rooms were large and clean. The staff was super friendly. They gave us a bowl and treats for the puppies. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!!

  Clean rooms, took the Covid-19 pandemic seriously. The security was great as you need a key card to enter the building. Upon arrival, they gave us a dog bowl and treats and were welcoming to our dog and our cat.

  Good location

  This hotel was outside the city and offered quietness. There are grassy strips to take the doggies out which can be accessed by a back door, so you don't need to deal with any traffic. We were also given treats and other items for the Donna upon check in. Best thing was hot breakfast to order, this is invaluable when your on a road trip and tired of drive thru.

  Loved it! Very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Offered our dog a bowl and treats to keep. We will stay again. We have a lab mix rescue and they made us feel so welcomed.
