  Really nice!

  Very pleased. Clean well-stocked, quiet and comfortable room. Nice area to walk the dog in. Walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. Highly recommend. Very quiet area.

  Great price

  This place is a bit dated but it was a great price. Room was large, carpeted, with a slider to the grass courtyard. Friendly staff at front desk.

  Dog friendly

  We were in Payson to check out the town and wanted to also visit Heber. Payson has everything we needed and the hotel room was clean and enough space for our 65 lb dog. Lots of grass outside to walk the dog around to potty. Also the National Forest around was a great place for our dog to stretch her legs and take in the smells. Would definitely stay here again.

  Great place to stay

  We were very pleased with our stay. Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, and we were all happy, especially our dog! Highly recommend for you and your pet.

  Great Stay

  Big room, great bed! The lady at the frount desk was super nice. Hotel is a bit old but we would stay there again. Big breakfast too!

  Exceeded our expectations

  We needed a clean, safe hotel for an overnight stay in Payson. We had this and much more. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was roomy and very clean, the bed was very comfortable; the sheets were very soft. It was pet friendly with a great green belt for the dogs to discover. Plus, not too far away was a great pet friendly barbecue restaurant.

  Nice stay

  Old but clean w/plenty of open grassy space for the pup and a shaded neighborhood behind. Bottom floor rooms open to the grass!

  Found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom, tape was holding part of the bathroom mirror on, and the pool was cloudy and questionable.

  Loved this place

  This is an old mountain motel/resort that has been taken over by a hotel chain. The place is really cool and the rooms have sliding doors that open out to a large green space. It was great for me and for my dog. A large spacious room with a stone fireplace that was very quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was very nice too.

  Definitely starting to show its age. "Pet Friendly" room had indoor/outdoor carpet which was many years past needing cleaning.

  Adequate and clean

  A cost friendly hotel. Adequate for a short stay. Good location in town. Clean, friendly front desk and helpful. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room (supposed to of had one) so I needed to get one at desk. Big grass area to relieve your pet, but some people don't leash their dogs even though hotel requires it. Come on people!

  Worst stay ever

  Hotel talked about doggie concierge, here wasn't any, upgrade to a better room did not happen .Assigned a room at an empty hotel and room next door had multiple dogs that didn't stop barking. There were multiple attempts to come in my room, not sure if it was a mistake of if someone was checking out if anyone was home. Multiple phone calls late after 10 from a guy that wanted to know what room he was calling. It rained and the gutter was broken or full of leaves my patio so all the water was coming onto patio making it impossible to take Abby for a walk, had to take her out the door to a dirty muddy parking lot. I just wanted away from this motel so at 6:30 went to check out however the girl working the desk locked herself out and had to find a maintenance man to crawl over reception desk to open her door, which kept me at this property another 15 minutes.

  Just a motel

  Clean. Breakfast bag provided to heat in the room or take with. No extra attention for the dog. Just a fee for bringing. If we could have kept driving to a different town, we would have.

  The center courtyard is great to walk your dog. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

  Plenty of room!

  Older hotel 40+/- years old. It’s dated, but was and comfortable. Room was huge and had its own patio seating area with 2 chairs & a table. Nice grass area for the dogs to play. 4 Bones due to no room service due to Covid. Also no breakfast included. Pool & hot tub were closed.

  All rooms open onto the huge grass courtyard. Rooms are large and comfortable.

  Not very clean

  Room had large pieces of hot dog under the suitcase stool. No housekeeping services while we were there. Rooms on both side had a party complete with barbecue grill outside one of the rooms. Drinking and shouting. Keep away.

  Nice for dogs

  Lots of grassy areas for walking. For humans the room was a little worn and musty. No Covid protocols. No one wearing masks.

  Decent place for hikers with dogs

  We enjoyed our time at the hotel. We wish we couldve had the full breakfast but we understand that coronavirus can limit the breakfast options. The room was clean and it was great to have access to grass for my pooch to go potty when she needs to. The volume did not work on my TV and I tried to get help with it but there wasn't much that worked when we tried to fix it with the assistance of the hotel staff. We just played music instead. It was close to local state parks and had a great mexican food place right across the street.
