Shady area and people hanging around and living here. The employees were helpful, everyone that I had came across was cool. I needed a place to stay with my dog that didn't cost an arm and leg. I wouldn't stay here unless it was my last or only option. The rooms are old, and look/smell unclean.

This hotel is great for the price, quiet and very safe. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable and like 2019. The rooms was clean, close parking and even had a night guard. Cameras on the buildings also. For the dogs there is lots of green space that is clear of doggy poop very close to the rooms. Lots of doggy trash cans too. Beware there is a train stop on the way to the show grounds that stop in the street for 20 mins around 730 to 8 am. We will be back.

So we needed a conveniently located pet friendly hotel, we knew it wasn't going to be amazing for the $80 we paid. Room was listed as king, was two doubles. That's fine. Run down and worn but super clean. That was great. Very friendly front desk people on check in, area to walk dogs with grass in parking lot. That being said, at MIDNIGHT a security guard entered our room without knocking and demanded proof that we paid for the room WITH A LIT CIGAR HANGING OUT OF HIS MOUTH and obviously no mask. I had to get out of bed and show this guy my room receipt to make him go away. I then called the front desk and the guy that answered the phone told me "oh sorry my bad, we had a computer glitch." OUTRAGEOUS. The next morning when checking out I spoke with manager who apologized and offered to refund the room WHICH THEY NEVER DID. Unbelievable. We got no sleep.

We stayed here 8/27 and while the room was not bad the hotel and surrounding areas were crawling with people making drug deals. The ground were littered with used needles. I do not recommend and will not go back!

There are grassy areas for dog walking around the exterior that offer relief from the hot asphalt. The price is fair, roon is clean, the A/C cold, and staff very welcoming. My Black Lab and I were here in June 2018.
