    It was not my favorite

    So what does "pet friendly" mean? Was this a great place for an animal? No. Was there even a place for them to exercise or go potty? No. Was there any consideration for an animal in the room (like a water bowl or a place for a blanket for them to lay)? No. The only nice thing they did was give my dog a milk bone at the front desk while we were checking in and say she was welcome there. Nice hotel but nothing for the dogs

    Loved it. Super friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again when going through Phoenix.

    Dirty rooms in my opinion

    This review is my opinion from my stay.... The neighborhood is horrible. We literally saw someone doing drugs on the sidewalk. .... Hotel: Our room smelled so bad. The carpet felt horrible I didn't take off my shoes. Also my husband and I looked at the sheets and they appeared to be visibly dirty so we didn't sleep under the sheets. Also the AC did not work well. I usually would have went to the front desk and asked for a new room but at check in I had issues and did not want more conflict. Overall bad stay. Pick another hotel even if it's one night like me.

    Relaxing Get Away

    We are in the throws of selling our house and needed to get away for the weekend for the realtor to show it. Tracy was very professional and made sure that we were able to get an early check-in since I had nowhere else to go with my furry friends. The only problem that we had was that the tv was not working. We had to have a technician come up 6 times in 2 days to reboot the darn thing. I asked for a new room, but was told that they got new tv and they were having connection difficulties. The last guy that came, I questioned him about it and he didn't know anything about new tvs, so I was told this story just to pacify me and so that they wouldn't have to move us. It was especially irritating because other than going to the park with the dogs, there aren't a lot of other things to do since you are stuck in your room. They did give me a price break to make up for the inconvenience though, so they did make it right. All in all, was a great experience.

    Easy stay

    The room was nice. No extras for the dogs, but we just walked in and out with them with no issues at all, like they were expected.

    Nice hotel but in a very busy loud location. Grass for pups to potty.
