    The hotel will renovate the lobby from July 18, 2007 to August 24, 2007. This will restrict access to laundry and fitness areas. The hotel next door will accommodate those needs. TownePlace Suites by Marriott Phoenix North is located across from MetroCenter Mall on I-17, also within a very short distance to multiple Honeywell facilities as well as Qwest training facility. The hotel is within walking distance to Rose Mofford Sports Park, home of several softball and soccer tournaments throughout the year. The hotel is also located within walking distance to several restaurants including Outback Steak house, Lone Star, Fajitas, and Sweet Tomatoes.
