I don't know, I kinda expected a low-rent motel like Motel 6 but this was a nice property. It is huge! Nice pool, and a nice pet area. Two restaurants next door. Easy to find off of 101.

Great location for dog walks next to a park pond and walkway. It was a non smoking room, but we smelled a smoke odor in the room. Nice front desk people. Location near many restaurants.
