Liked being right next to the park. The ground floor location for our room was great; however the air conditioning didn’t really work which made it hard to sleep.

Location of hotel was nice as it was under 20 min drive to some local touristy spots.
However, we got placed in one of the outdoor rooms as well due to having dogs. Felt like staying in a motel. Although the outdoor gardens are nice due to the citrus fruits, we did not like being placed in this style room.
When we walked into our room, the tiles on the floor were poorly designed as it looked like there was feces everywhere. After careful observation, we realized it was just poor tiling choice. The carpet as well was dirty and had a huge stain.
There was barely any outlets for charging our phones. The only one available was on a wall by the foot of the bed and it did not hold a plug well as it was too loose. The shower/sink/toilet water also gives off a strong sulfur odor.
The warm chocolate chip cookies given during check in was a nice touch though!

Our room an external room, located at the back of the property - not as clean and nice as advertised. Carpet was filthy. Bad electrical behind the TV stand. In need of updates.
