Perfect for a quick peaceful escape during the 4th of July. The staff is kind and attentive. I was met with freshly baked cookies. The location is great for dog walks! The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the patio for easy access to outside. There are many options for breakfast, but you better go early for some items. It runs from 7-10, but at 9:15am I already missed out on the vegetarian option. Despite that they do a great job! I’LL definitely be back.

Great staff that are all very nice. Good place to bring your dog. A fun clean paved path goes along the waterway.

It's not that it's just near to SF. The site itself is wonderful when you have a dog. We just walked out the sliding glass door of our room, and we had a trail that ran along part of the bay. And we could walk to a very good Japanese restaurant. The outside tables where they allow dogs had a wonderful view. The nearby highway traffic was rather loud when outside, but all things considered, this was a charm.

Staff was so warm and friendly, from our welcome at our middle of the night arrival to our morning greeting. There are dog biscuits at the ready! Our room was 'industrial-chic'--well appointed, roomy, with a very comfortable bed, with a coverlet to protect from pet visits. Appreciated the clock with outlets for all the re-chargeables. Really appreciated the walking path that led around the estuary and off into the community trails. It made for an absolutely lovely, long morning walk. There are wild blackberries aplenty in the summer! Be prepared to wipe your pooch's paws after a walk.
The walkways tend to be a bit damp--especially in the morning. Inside the room, my dog happily took up her station at the sliding glass door, where she was able to watch all the birds on the water and other wildlife passing by. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great--I very much enjoyed the outdoor, roof level view of the bay. We switched off dog duty in order to grab breakfast, but apparently there may be some dog-sitting assistance if needed. The location is great--It was quiet, yet right in the middle of everything--close to everything you'll want to visit. We had the reliable WiFi access we needed too, for work days. Very pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Acqua! Our little dog Ranger was greeted with treats, toys and lots of pets. The staff are all dog lovers and Ranger was treated like a king! Our room had easy access through the sliding doors to a patio and great walking path around the lake. We humans felt loved as well from the welcoming goody bag with a bottle of wine to the excellent daily breakfast buffet. The hotel has a lovely Zen-like quality and the staff were the friendliest I have encountered ever - truly a gem!

We had a lovely stay in one of the main floor dog-friendly rooms with direct access to the back grassy area overlooking the water. The reception was so friendly, and even have Clover a little toy and some dog bowls for her stay. We were very comfortable, and will be back next time! Hotel is located in a quiet area with beautiful views, and a hot breakfast.
