While the hotel itself is adequate and my dog was ok, they are not ADA complaint and I was afraid of the steps/stairs. I have tricompartmental arthritis and stairs are hard. There's several I had to go up without hand rails and that was before the flight of stairs to the second floor. ON top of that they didn't refresh my room even though I asked twice.

Could not get in our room, unless someone from the front desk opened the door. Door lock was broken and had “no other room” to give us! I should had read the reviews.

We've made reservations through BringFido many times, and they've always pulled through for us, including when we've can to cancel or alter reservations. My only wish? That they could encourage the motels that they work with to install electric vehicle chargers. Many have them… but rarely also are pet-friendly.

Showed up at this hotel to cops arresting druggies in the parking lots, hearing there are people in rooms that aren’t supposed to be, smoke-smelling rooms, etc. All I wanted was a peaceful place to sleep for the night. This was not it. Plenty of other hotels cost less and you could probably see the same show.

4 out of 5 because it's not the nicest hotel (well it's a motel) but with that said, it's fine for what it is! Having our dog Odie (>50lbs, <80lbs) was no problem. A reasonable breakfast was included with hot options, and front desk staff were friendly.
