Easy check-in, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. No fridge in the room, which was kind of disappointing. Only one elevator was functioning, so when it was busy it got a little crowded, but not that big of a deal. We would stay there again.

A bit of a depressing hotel but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Totally functional for our needs.

Loved this hotel. Nice, quiet, lots of green areas for my pup. As another reviewer stated, nothing special is given for the pups but the staff is wonderful and they truly love animals there. There was a 75.00 pet deposit that is refundable.
Overall great experience, clean rooms, great people- many people with pets stay here.
