Welcomed with goodie bags, our room was on the main floor with a back door for easy late and early business time. The rooms were clean and I wish every hotel was this DOG friendly!!!

Check-in was easy with the dogs, and they received their welcome goodie bags. The room did not have any carpet and was sparsely furnished making it feel a little sterile for the price. Having an outside access door to a little patio area was wonderful. The only area I would say could use improvement is the designated pet area. It was really small. Overall, it was a nice stay in a great location.

We had a room on the ground floor with a patio. So convenient to exit straight from the room to a potty place, skipping halls and the lobby. Mostly clean (dog hair on couch and left over ice cream in the fridge). The room was large and comfortable.

We have stayed here multiple times on trips between LA area and Chicago area. We have always had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and quiet, the lobby area is pleasant and cozy, and there is an excellent restaurant right next door, the historic El Rancho. Highly recommended.

We went here for the first time with our 2 dogs. There were kids running around above our room. We talked with the front desk about the issue 5 different times until they finally moved the heard of antelope that had been above us. This was around 2 am. They first suggested we move to an alternate room, what?? NO, my dogs were acting better than the kids upstairs that wasn't our fault! It seems this hotel has forgotten what customer service is about and they're afraid to approach guests who don't follow the rules. What kind of joint are they running??? If you're looking for a quiet night and your dogs to be at ease and sleep through the night I don't recommend this place at all!
