This was the worst hotel I have every been to. It was filthy and I did not feel safe. The lobby looked very nice so I had high hopes. We went in the side door which is supposed to be keycard entry however the door was broken so anyone could walk in and out. When we got to our room it had holes in the walls and under the sink, burn holes on the nightstand and comforters of both beds as well as stains and dog hair. I myself have I dog and I don’t have that much dog hair on my sheets at home. In addition there was a door with no handles or locks, just holes that one of the beds was slightly blocking. The hallway had a strong smell of pot which came wafting into our room despite being a no smoking hotel and someone was screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night causing our dog to start barking and growling for the next few hours because of the amount of traffic in front of our door. We finally decided to leave at 4am because there was no way anyone was going to get any sleep. When I told the front desk about this they seemed to have already been aware of all these issues?? Totally dissatisfied and would never return.

The room was not very clean for king bed. They give you 3 pillows thats the size of a normal pillow and the front desk told me the pillows meet the requirements. Wow I ask for 3 more and they find only 2.

Clean room, convenient to dog area, nice place to walk dog, easy access to Riverfront, I95, DE Memorial bridge; great breakfast; will definitely stay there again. Only hotel in area that allows all size dogs. Only complaint was dog waste station was full (mostly people’s trash), and bag was not changed while I was there.

It looked like they were doing some work on the place because the room numbers were taped to the walls and some were falling off. Our room was dirty, there was dirt on the sheets in one of the beds and a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. There was a dead bug in the bathroom too. It was fine for just a place to crash on a long drive home but not for enjoying your stay.
