We have stopped at this La Quinta many times over the years. It is in a great location for dog walking on a quiet, dead end street. It was never "new," but it has become quite rundown and the landscaping has been completely let go.

I wish the facilty was newer. It feels dirty due to the age. Elevator sounds like it will break. Staff is very friendly.

They were terrible. I didn't want them to come in because of the pet and then asked them to clean while I took him to the park. Came back and they only cleaned beds, no vacuum or bathroom. Yuk! But the other location was much better - La Quinta West

This is just an adequate hotel, nothing more. The best thing about it is that they allow dogs for no extra fee. The parking lot was absolutely disgusting, with garbage strewn everywhere, which created a terrible first impression. The neighborhood is not that great either. Room was OK, better than we expected after seeing the parking lot.
