Wow, not only did the charge $150 pet fee, they also charged an $18 pet fee tax. This is totally unacceptable since they did not indicate the $150 pet fee on the Marriott Bonvoy site. I made a same day reservation for $137 that could not be canceled because of the 24 hr limit. Once I got to the hotel, I was stuck with the $168 fee. We have traveled all over the country pre Covid and have always stayed at Marriott properties. They have always honored my emotional support dog as a service animal, not anymore! As we begin our travels again, Marriott hotels will be off the list!
