Freshly renovated hilltop, two-story waterfront home combines the comforts of home with a park-like lakefront setting. Enjoy the multi-level outdoor space with a shade-dappled bi-level lawn that stretches to the water’s edge. The interior is well-appointed and newly updated with all the comforts of home such as Roku TV’s and High Speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The home has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests.
The peaceful primary bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, ample dresser space, and a large closet.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and unique lighting.
Both bedrooms are just steps from the full bath and main living areas.
Additional sleeping areas are located on the first floor.
☆☆ CLEAN & EFFICIENT BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are two full bathrooms in the house; one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
The fully redesigned upstairs bathroom offers a deep soaking tub for when you want to relax!
The lower-level bathroom features a stand-up shower with a large waterfall shower head and newly updated vanity and fixtures.
☆☆ INDOOR COOKING & GATHERING SPACES☆
This kitchen opens up to the dining and living room and features granite countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar, ideal for morning gatherings before a day of fun on the lake!
Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, glassware, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, a Mr. Coffee, Keurig, and a French press.
The dining room seats eight and allows guests to enjoy the company of those in the kitchen as well as the living room.
The lower level features a multi-use den with Smart TV, club chairs and a queen sleeper sofa is the perfect place for the kids to hang out.
Just off the den, you will find a cozy bedroom twin trundle bed and full bath.
A full-sized washer and drier are also available on the lower level.
☆☆ LAKEFRONT LIVING☆☆
This unique multi-level property offers an upper yard, accessible from the shaded patio and great for a friendly game of cornhole.
Relax and unwind in our seasonal hot tub! ( Available April 1st to Oct 31st)
Our home has 2 kayaks available to guests, weather permitting from April 1st- October 31st.
The large upper deck provides a new Weber gas grill and an outdoor dining area ideal for alfresco dining with a table that seats eight and additional lounging areas.
Just below is the lower yard which will make you think you are living in your own private park! With shade trees and lush green grass that leads to a small dock from which you can launch one of our kayaks.
Easy Access: Contactless self-check-in. All guests will receive a code to enter the home.
**Note- this home is a hilltop. Walking up a hill is required to access the home. Walking down a hill is required to access the lake.
Community Amenities:
The property is located within the beautiful Emerald Lakes community that has pool(s)(indoor pool and outdoor pool), parks, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, and basketball courts. If you would like to use the amenities you must pre-register for them one week prior to check-in. Please email us for assistance with registration.
Additional fees apply for community amenities:
1 day pass for $15.00/per person.
3 day pass for $20.00/ per person
7 day pass for $40.00/per person
Children under 2 free with adult registration.
Fees may change and are at the discretion of the community.
Office closes at 4 pm on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday so guests should purchase tickets in advance through Emerald Lakes Association.

Many guests want to bring their dogs as they are part of the family! We allow up to 2 non-shedding house-trained dogs. If you bring a dog there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. It will be an additional $50 for a second dog. We charge this fee for 2 reasons. Pet damage is not covered under your security deposit through Airbnb, secondly, our cleaning crew charges more when we have animals on the premises as they have to do a deeper clean. We need to be sensitive to our guests that may have pet allergies. This fee will be sent as a separate request once your reservation is paid in full as per Airbnb's policy.
Additional laundering of any linens, textiles, or upholstery that is beyond normal wear and tear will result in an additional charge of $200. This includes but is not limited to: stains, tears, and excessive dog hair from non-shedding dog breeds.
We will allow up to 4 cars. Guests must be 25 to book.
Any fines incurred due to rules not being followed will be the responsibility of the guest. In addition, each material infraction (e.g. major noise ordinance violation, fireworks, party as defined by the Community, not registering with the Community per the instructions, having more guests than the property allows [which is due to septic system constraints], etc.) will be subject to a $500 fine. This fine reflects the amount of time we need to spend with the Community and/or Township addressing the violation, as well as the fact that it puts our business permit at risk. We want you to enjoy your stay, but also need to communicate that the Community and Township take their rules seriously (these rules are for the safety and enjoyment of everyone).
