My room was dirty. The toilet had remnants on it from the last person's stay. Dog food found around the room. Didn't feel as though the rest of the room could be trusted. Don't think I'll ever stay there again. Also a room right outside the elevator and dog was on alert all night long. The dog relief area was full of feces. Don't understand when there's a can and poop bags why owners can't clean up after their dogs. If you can't clean up after them then find a kennel for them.

The dog walk area was dark with no lighting and there were a couple sketchy looking guys hanging around outside the hotel doors smoking when we walked the dogs and they were still there an hour later when we went back out again. The hallway smelled of marijuana and we found a crack pipe under the edge of the mattress in our room. Yeah. A. CRACK. PIPE! This was the only hotel we stayed in on our trip that we didn’t feel safe.

The hotel was great for the dog and the cat. There really wasn’t any nice grassy area for dog to potty. But there is a corner of grass. Room was big, beds were comfy. Fold out sofa was the worst I’ve ever had to sleep on. There were other issues with our stay not related to the animals but the manager very graciously resolved them for me.

I checked in at 2am and was happy to see the place looked very clean and the night staff member was friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the stay and would recommend to anyone.

We are fairly new to traveling with our dog, so even though I typically book hotel rooms through other travel sites, I wanted the reassurance I felt with Bringfido.com and they did not fail me. The hotel itself was OK as far as cleanliness and hospitality, and the building had a strong odor of chlorine from the indoor pool, but not an big deal to us. The location of our room and access to the outside dog area was very convenient and the yard was attractive. I would have preferred more lighting, at night but I always carry a flashlight regardless. We had a billing problem, but bringfido,com took care of all of that and I am highly satisfied with my trip to Kansas and the support provided by bringfido,com.

First time we have stayed in a pet-friendly room. Room was clean. Nice area to walk dogs outside. Exceeded my expectations. Great place to stop when travelling with pets.

We understood there had been quite a bit of rain recently, however the lawn looked like it hadn’t been mowed all summer (tick haven?) and there was branches and debris scattered throughout the dog walk area. The floors in the room felt damp and there was a musty smell to the room. Staff was friendly and otherwise the room was clean. Front desk left a note to the manager about the dog area.
