Downtown Bungalow Near All
Summary:
This open concept home is located 30 minutes from Ft. Bragg, minutes from historic downtown Southern Pines, 10 minutes from historic Pinehurst, minutes from multiple world renowned golf courses, 45 minutes from Fayetteville, and about 1 hour away from Raleigh. This home is located on a half acre corner lot, minutes from Southern Pines Brewery, and various local restaurants including Southern Prime Steakhouse, Betsy's Crepes, and So-Pie's Pizzas.
The Space:
As you enter this open-space concept home through the sea foam green door, on the right is a small cubby for your shoes and other various belongings. Next to the cubby, beneath the welcome sign, is a wicker entryway table that is covered with business cards and menus from local businesses. On your left is a large living space complete with a two comfortable couches with two end tables and lamps, two large sitting chairs, a coffee table, a refurbished ladder turned blanket ladder, and a television stand complete with the wifi information, various reading materials, and a 50 inch television. To the right of the living area is the dining area. This area features an indoor/outdoor rug, six high back dining chairs, and a beautiful magnolia centerpiece beneath a gorgeous drop down light fixture. to the left of the dining area, directly in front of the door, is the kitchen. The kitchen boasts beautiful marble countertops and marble top island complete with two counter top barstools and two drop down light fixtures. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, an electric stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. This kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, coffee cups, silverware, cookware, pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, mixing bowls, spices, and all the other necessary kitchen appliances: a coffee maker (complete with coffee, sugar, creamer, and coffee filters), a blender, and a toaster. Through the doorway to the left of the dining area is a small walkway. Out the left door, is the covered carport, for easy entrance during the North Carolina summer rains. On the right, is the door leading to the back yard. If you move through the small walkway, you'll find the laundry room furnished with an oversized size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board, iron, and laundry essentials.
To the right of the kitchen is a long hallway leading to the bedrooms and one of the two full bathrooms. This hallway is lined with beautiful navy blue runner rugs. The first door on the left opens to reveal a full size bathroom. This particular bathroom, besides having the necessities, has a very deep bathtub, perfect for a hot soak after a long day.
Back through the hallway, on the right side, through the tapestry covered door, is the twin trundle room. This room has a grey trundle daybed with a pull out bed underneath it. Next to the bed is a bright yellow table and teal blue lamp, perfect for reading through the night. This room also has a grey desk and bright yellow armchair for those that need to work, even on vacation.
As you continue down the hall, the second door on the right, next to the twin room, is the queen room. This room features a lovely teal blue area rug, lamp, and decor. A blue armchair sits in the right corner next to a small rolling table to hold your luggage or books if you need to study in this room, as well.
At the very end of the hallway, is the king room. This room has a lovely magenta accented area rug, a king bed, and two beautiful wood side tables that are home to mason jars with deep pink floral arrangements and black shaded lamps that have plug in ports so that you can charge any device with convenience. In the king room, on the left, is an attached full bathroom. This bathroom has a large stand in shower, marble countertops, a large mirror, and very comfortable shower rugs.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
As you approach the intersection of Bennett and Delaware, you'll notice the beautiful lanterns atop brick columns that mark the entrances to the semi-circle driveway. To the left of the house, is a covered carport for those of you who wish to protect your vehicle from the needles falling from the towering pine trees on either side of the driveway on Delaware. The front of the home has beautiful shrubbery and a succulent garden directly in front of the porch. On the porch itself, are two recently refurbished high back rocking chairs and a small table, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and listening to the birds.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will text and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
