Clean room, friendly staff. The free breakfast was good. They had no problems with the dog. No frills, and only one elevator though. Would stay there again.

... beggars can't be choosers looking for a reasonably priced place on the Eastern Shore in late June at the last minute. But I wouldn't choose this place under any other circumstances. Pros: decent mattress, clean bathroom, very nice people at check-in, easy parking, a fridge and microwave. Cons: two room temperatures - hot and freezing, a truly awful fitness room (disassembled equipment, overflowing garbage, etc.), rugs that need a serious shampooing, the most worthless complimentary breakfast ever, and just a weird stinkyness everywhere.

Everyone went out of their way to meet my dog. Only downside is a very small area to walk a dog.

We had 2 small dogs with us and were given a nice King room on the 3rd floor. I asked the front desk where the preferred area was to walk the dogs and she didn't know. Clearly she must've been a new employee because there's an area behind the hotel to the left that has poop bags and a disposal, plus there's an area across the parking lot from the entrance, just to the left, with the bags and disposal. The area behind the hotel has a small pond with all kinds of interesting creatures that may attract your dog and lead to trouble. My pomeranian was about to get his nose pinched by a defensive crawfish that had wandered up into the grassy area that we were walking in. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff were friendly to the dogs.

Comfort Inn & Suites is clean and comfortable. Suite rooms are large with a refrigerator and microwave (not what I would call a suite but it is a good sized room with a separate seating area). There are grassy areas around the hotel for pet relief. Nice place for a quick stop with your dogs. Right on a busy road so really can't do much walking right around the hotel. Downtown Cambridge is a short drive.
