      Very pleasant experience

      The resort is fantastic, including a small sand beach where the pup could run. Staff is super friendly to human and canine guests. We will be back.

      Disappointing!!

      Nothing extra at all provided for doggie visitors; no bowls, no treats, etc. Service was poor; no room service provided, no cleaning services provided, restaurant service was lacking, public restrooms were dirty. For the money spent, not worth it at all!
