My dogs had never stayed at a hotel before this stay & they were treated great! The staff was so friendly to them, the dog run was great and the room was spacious for all of us! The 2 dog policy for no extra fee is extremely generous and was appreciated!

Stayed here for a night with our 8-month-old Golden Retriever. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious enough that he had some space to play that wasn't ramming into our feet. The dog run they have on-site is great as well, not too far away, outfitted with poop bags, and fenced in. The only word of caution is to check your pooch for ticks while using and after using the dog run.

The one room had an awkward bend in it which made it hard to get stuff in and out. But there was a size-able dog run, so dogs can run around without worry for a little bit.

Clean, comfortable room on 4th floor. Would prefer a lower level with dog. Local was just okay. Nice small dog run but busy area around hotel. 10-15 minutes to downtown Portland.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is dog friendly and willing to change rooms to meet my needs. Nothing above the 3rd floor. My dog got used to the elevator and loved the self opening doors. Efficient and dog friendly staff.

Two elderly large dogs who can bark when their space is “invaded”. No issues - a few boofs for the kids in the hallway but overall an amazing space for two big pups to rest their heads! We’ll be coming back here when we come back to Portland.

The staff was superb. Gave us a treat bag for our 2 Aussies. The out door area for pets to relieve themselves is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was so welcoming and the location just off the highway was perfect for our quick stay over on our way back home. Loved that they had a small fenced in area for dogs to use to stretch their legs and for bathroom breaks. Our pup enjoyed the view from our room and all of the nice people who came out from behind the counter to say hello :) No dog fee was also a plus! Would definitely stay again

We stayed the night for a motocross race/practice. It was only 25 mins from MX207 which was perfect. Check in and out was very easy and we had no issues whatsoever. Plus the famous cookies were just amazing. They even have water bowls for your doggos in the lobby! Lots of areas to bring your dog out to potty. Will absolutely book again if we need to stay in the area.

My dogs are smaller medium dogs and not really barkers the smaller one will bark once or twice as someone is making a lot of noise outside. We went offsite for lunch and got a call about complaints about the barking. We’ve been in other Hilton hotels for 6 nights with them and never had any complaints I even asked the woman in the room next to us if they were barking when we were out of the room she hadn’t heard anything. My dogs don’t bark and they were in their crate they just wanted to be jerks.

This hotel comprises two round towers off the Maine Turnpike and across from the mall. Very dog accommodating — our 100lb Berner was no problem (even though they supposedly have a 75lb limit). Lots of other dogs here, too. Good places to walk the dog, and even a fenced in “dog park” (just a small play area, really) with a poop bag dispenser.
All rooms renovated in 2018. One of the two beds in our room sagged to one side, but not bad. Definitely dog friendly and a decent place to stay.
