This was a very clean and pet-friendly hotel. The view of the water was really nice too. Unfortunately, we stayed during not so nice weather. The only complaints I have our there is so much goose poop all over the place. And unfortunately, there’s a lot of dog poop that people don’t pick up after their dogs. And that’s a shame because it’s a very nice hotel. The staff was phenomenal. I dealt with Toni and she was great.

We enjoyed staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and had a really pretty view of the river off the balcony. We saw ducks and swans swimming in it, and it was very peaceful. We would come back here!

Old hotel; room was worn but bed was comfy. Ducks in canal that have been fed because they are friendly. Staff super friendly. Pup heard noises all night thru door.

The hotel was very welcoming and had been recently updated. There was plenty of space to move around with my dog and there was a nice patio with chairs to watch the boats on the river.
