Staff was very friendly and accepting. Pepper is a mix pit and she’s a little bit over the policy weight limit, but the staff didn’t seem to mind.

New bathroom with a nice shower. Clean, no bad smells. Vinyl plank floor. No rugs. Large flat screen TV. Definitely will return to this hotel.

Room was all vinyl, so with a dog that sheds (and also slop his food) it made for a easy clean up. Pool hours were 6am to Midnight so no problem finding time for a swim. Lots of outdoor furniture to relax and let the dog play.

We found Country Inn & Suites to be great for our family & dog. Clean comfy room with a piece of grass for our dog to go out to. Breakfast was great too. we highly recommend them!

Hotel undergoing renovations/repairs and guests are staying on all floors as construction happening. Guests were loud and ran through halls screaming and fighting. Reeked like bad skunky marijuana early morning and late at night. Someone was hanging out in parking lot blasting music so loud the bass was vibrating my windows on 3rd floor. All the staff seemed frightened of any and all dogs and not friendly. Will avoid this place like the plague!

Beds aren’t that great, but location is nice, right next to Meijer. Bathroom was tore up. No hot breakfast, pool was closed.

The room was quite nice for the price point. Very clean, good beds. They provide a decent continental breakfast with really good coffe. Great location for Grand Rapids. Right next to Meijer on 28th St. And I-96. We will be booking this hotel again.

I travel with a small 3.5 pound Yorkie that barks at strange sounds. I asked for and received a small fan to help buffer sounds. They were very accommodating.
