Our two doberman girls were well treated at the Homewood Suites in Grand Rapids. Although we could not get a first floor room, the elevator worked out ok. Grassy areas and poop bags on premises.

Walked in to check in. Staff was very rude. There was a list of long term tenants, and their issues…which included roaches, ceiling falling in and leaks. They had this sheet on top of the desk at check in. I was horrified. BringFido was able to rebook us at the Holiday Inn, for which we are eternally grateful.

Room was clean, no issues. I was disappointed to see the previous review on BringFido was from 2017. Check out Yelp & other reviews for up to date experiences. We got lucky…..doesn’t sound like everyone does unfortunately!
