We had a family with kids making a lot of noise all night in the unit above us. The kids must of been jumping on off bed early in night. The thuds could be felt in the chairs we were sitting in. Later on there was just a lot of constant heavy foot movement. I only got about 4 hours sleep due to noise. This also disturbed our dogs. The second night was just too tired and was easier to sleep through. Otherwise hotel was nice location and big rooms. The outlets in room are worn out. Including ones in lamps. Making charging some stuff a small issue. If I were to stay here again I would skip first floor if possible.

Our room was very small, but it served our purposes. This is a great location, right across the road from the ferry. We were also able to walk along the boardwalk, and through downtown. The whole area seemed very pet friendly.

Beautiful spot in St. Ignace even in the offseason. Our room was small but very clean and appeared to have been updated a bit. The hotel was clean and seemed to be kept up well. Worked perfectly for an Easter weekend get away with our dog.

Small clean room. Walking my dog just across the parking lot was easy and close. A bonus was dog bags were provided in the grassy area as well.

The dock for the Shepler’s ferry to Mackinac Island is across the street and an easy walk. The hotel was clean and very dog friendly. Some of the rooms open directly to the parking lot so taking Fido out is no hassle.

Our room was huge and very comfortable. Good walkable town with a couple places we could eat with our dog at outside tables. Right across the street from the ferries to Mackinac Island (also dog friendly!)

The hotel is fairly ordinary, but it’s in a great location and they look out for Fido’s interests. It’s easy to take your pooch for a walk, and local businesses are close.

The front desk manager made us feel like second class citizens for having dogs. Had to sign a form that threatened a $100 fine if the dogs barked. That does not make for a relaxing stay.

This Inn is in a great location and very pet friendly. Nice location, and they have a grassy area to walk dogs. We would stay again!
