Conveniently located close to the central artery of Cape Cod, the Mid-Cape Highway, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home offer easy access to the best that the area has to offer. Right in Sandwich renters will find plenty to do including stunning beaches and charming and historic Sandwich Village. Head in either direction on the Mid- Cape Highway and find yourself in any one of the towns on the Cape that offer their own amazing things to do. The home has a nicely updated kitchen with a large island with seating and breakfast table. A TV area is tucked past the kitchen and a covered porch is located next to the home's deck. A formal dining room and a living room that offers a pull out sleeper sofa and an attached full bath complete the main floor. On the upper level you will find three bedrooms and another two full baths. Central air conditioning will keep you and your guests cool on those warm summer nights. If you are looking to visit Cape Cod and are excited to explore everything this region has to offer this home is perfect for you! Seven night minimums, Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Shoulder and off-season rentals offered at a four night minimum at reduced rates. Please call for additional details.
